Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is from 1500 hrs, and check out time is 1000 hrs.
  • To make a booking please contact us with a completed online enquiry form with details of the dates desired and number of persons etc. We may also be contacted via our phone number or email. We will contact you to confirm availability, and arrange a securing deposit as appropriate.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. This is £100 per week and is non-refundable.
  • Balance of payment is to be made no later than six weeks prior to your visit. If the payment is not received in this time, the booking will be viewed as cancelled and the deposit retained. If the booking is made less than six weeks before your stay, the full cost of hire should be paid at the time of booking.
  • Payment methods will be discussed with you via telephone or email.
  • Bed linen and towels are included in the price. If you are staying for more than one week and require fresh linen and towels, please let us know and we will arrange for an exchange.
  • Heating, electricity and broadband access are also included in the price. However this is subject to a fair usage policy, and we reserve to right to charge for excessive usage.
  • The hirer shall ensure that the standard of cleanliness of the premises is as high on their departure as on their arrival. A surcharge of £50 will be levied if this condition is not observed.
  • At this time we have no facilities for pets and cannot accommodate them. Guide or assistance dogs are accepted.
  • Navnløs Hus is located in a quiet neighbourhood, we would ask that our neighbours' peace and privacy is respected.
  • We (as Lessors), our agents or employees, accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the Hirer’s party or their property, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises, however caused.
  • The Hirer undertakes to leave the hired premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let.
  • The Hirer binds and obliges himself to pay the lessor in respect of any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
  • The Hirer undertakes to relieve the Lessor from any liability for damage or injury by any member of his party, however caused.
  • The Hirer warrants that the subjects let are to be used for the purposes of a Holiday.
  • We reserve the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out repairs or maintenance.
  • The Hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof.
  • A deposit of £50 will be taken from the hirer on arrival (in cash) and shall be returned on your departure (in cash) once the property has been returned in good order.
